He explained the reports from the technicians. He kept me informed of how work was going. He was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions.

I was very satisfied with the work done and the care from Mellissa. I don’t understand why it took 5 hours to get my car back for changing to winter tires. I had an appointment at 12:30 and my car wasn’t ready until 5:30. Seems that in the past I was able to wait for the service. I really appreciated the rides back and forth! Mellisa, my service advisor, was very helpful and friendly. It was just the time allotted for doing the service work. While there, I failed to ask why it took so long. Otherwise, all was good.
I came without an appt for my regular maintenance and was able to getting everything done in about an hour …. thanks
I had a noon appt routine oil change/tire rotation. Didn’t get out until after 1:30. Watched many people come and go while I was there, so I eventually had to ask someone where my car was. Seemed like maybe I was forgotten about, as there was no communication until I found someone to let them know I had been waiting a long time. Usually service is great when I have an appt, but this time was a little frustrating. My technician was friendly though.

My only complaint was that the very friendly intake person said that my car would be brought into the shop in 1 hour and it took 1:15 and that the service would take 30 minutes and it took 50. Otherwise I was satisfied I with my experience.

I was so appreciative of how quickly I could get my car in for service and how quickly my car was ready for pick up..
It was a very unexpected repair and was probably due to whom ever changed our oil the last time. Extremely expensive given that the part was only $200. The unexpected nature of this repair was told to us by the people at Smart motors doing the work. We were between a rock and a hard place and had to fix it because I couldn’t bring my vehicle home now with a leak that we didn’t have before. It might have been nice if Smart motors had taken some responsibility since the previous oil change had been done there. Labor cost is way too high.
