I had a positive experience overall. Although I arrived without an appointment, the wait time was quite reasonable. I also appreciated the availability of refreshments and small snacks, which added to the comfort of my visit.

I scheduled service and the estimated total was 278.90....it ended up being $351 and I got nothing different than what I requested..in fact I did not get the tire rotation as I just put new tires on. I get it's an estimate...but you know your costs. That's a 25% gotcha up charge. Smart Motors used to be better than that.
