I really appreciate Melissa’s understanding of my situation and how quickly she worked to resolve the problems with my car. She had excellent clear and swift communication. She was thorough in reviewing the diagnostic report and was transparent in cost estimates. Next time I need repairs, I will request Melissa by name!!!
The staff was extremely focused and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I also had a question about my light sensor and even though there was not a solution, I did get an acceptable answer that I understood.

Technological glitches- your texting of progress reports is confusing and often duplicative. Costs are hidden and seem to grow.

I had a positive experience overall. Although I arrived without an appointment, the wait time was quite reasonable. I also appreciated the availability of refreshments and small snacks, which added to the comfort of my visit.
