My husband noticed the front light was out so I came to Smart and I had my disabled son in the back and the guy was nice enough to wave to him. We waited inside and it was very pleasant, Thank you!

This was the worst experience at any service place let alone a Toyota certified place. I would like to open a formal complaint and escalate the way I was treated and the poor service I received on my 2023 Toyota vehicle. I took down the service managers name and was planning on reaching out to the global customer service department to file my complaint

The service I received was excellent, all questions I had were answered. And my vehicle was ready the next day. And I had a very nice rental until my car was ready. Great customer service!

I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00pm for a 5,000 mile vehicle check in. It was a simple tire rotation and inspection. I did not leave until 6:30! No one updated me or told me they were running behind. There were people that came in after me and left before me. What’s the point in making an appointment if they take walk ins first? Very, very frustrating! Oh and then when I got to my vehicle, the warning indicator was still on and had not been reset so I had to go back in! Very disappointed with my first vehicle check in.
