Everything at Smart Toyota was great. Sean was most informative. However, the reason that I didn’t say yes was that the settings on my car were all changed. I didn’t know the full extent of the changes until I tried to drive at night with no lights. So, the service itself was fine but the aftermath is annoying and dangerous, as I didn’t know my lights were not on in a lighted parking lot. Why does service mean settings on lights, compass, HUD, etc are changed?

I acknowledged that when I arrived at 1pm that I was early for my 1:30 appointment. At 1:22 I received a text that my vehicle check-in was completed and that a multi point inspection was ready for my review. Then about 10 minutes later I received an update saying that my vehicle was ready to go home. This was great for I had a 3:15 appointment. I waited another 15 minutes because I had not been approached for checkout. At about 1:45 I asked the desk and they said things weren’t ready yet for me to check out and it was still in the bay. I waited another 15 minutes and went to the bathroom. Then approximately 2:15pm I went to the desk again to ask the status of checking out and was told that my car was not ready. For the third time, around 3:20pm I approached the desk again! Finally, I checked out at 3:35. Why did it take 2 1/2 hours for an express rotation of my tires and a multi point inspection. I had to cancel an important appointment due to this delay. All I got was a simple apology and a comment that my name probably was called once and I did not respond. I sat in the waiting room the entire time except for a five minute bathroom break. No one took my concerns seriously. I believe this needs to be addressed.

Best service I have ever received
Everyone was polite, my only concern is it took 3 hours for service that was relatively minor, replacing batteries in key fobs, tire rotation, and replacement of a faulty tire pressure sensor. No one updated me for 2 hours and seemed unsure of the cost.
Well done. I didn’t even have to wait very long today, which was unexpected and nice.
