Jesse has followed up with us on the status of our Scion FR-S every step of the way. It has taken a couple of months because of dealing with the warranty company and everything that comes with that process. Nonetheless, Jesse has not slacked in providing great customer service throughout the entire process.

Caleb was great...very professional and courteous. The only hiccup wasn't with Caleb. When checking out, I was presented a bill for the service and I have a maintenance agreement. I guess there was a problem with the computer not recognizing that.

Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and provided honest and thorough information about my vehicle inspection throughout. The maintenance and inspection was done quickly and the debrief and checkout was quick as well. I was happy with the ultimate outcome (my vehicle was repaired the same day and the work was covered by the warrenty), but the customer service communications were very frustrating. I waited for 2 hours for my problem to be "diagnosed" when I told them when I arrived what the problem was. My agent was dismissive of my inquiries as to the timing for my repair, which added to my frustration as I waited.
