Nothing that Melissa did. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am for some brake work. I asked if it could be done by 3:00 and it was agreed upon. I called at 4:00 and it was just getting finished.

The service was great. The unavailable extras of a prompt ride to the office and a car wash coupon were minor disappointments.

Please keep customers updated especially when the work that was originally told to finish within 1.5 hours was unexpectedly delayed two days. Although I understand you are busy, but a simple update such as repair would have to be done tomorrow is essential for customers to arrange schedules especially for me who only have one car.
