I arranged for an appointment, 1:15 to have my car worked on, and I would wait for it to be done, in about an hour. I was scheduled for the appointment, but when I arrived on time for the appointment, the appointment was for me to have a loaner car. I made it very clear when making the appointment, that I wanted to wait, and not have a loaner. I believed at the time of the appointment that we agreed to this arrangement I clarified earlier to you. This error wasted an hour out of my day. Paul was good with his service with me.
