Thank you for asking this question.I was frustrated because I was given a wrong time when my car was supposed to be done.I came in at 9 am,I got the notification at 11:20 am that my car was finished and ready to take home
but when I got to the front desk the guy said that my car is not ready and the girl who was assigned to me was on break.I said okay after 20 mins I asked the guy again as I have errands to do with my kids and the girl told me that my car won’t be done not until 2 or 3 pm.I explained them that it was not I was told but I had to make a last minute changes with my appointments and was stressful.They told me they can give a loner car so I can get to where I needed to go but my point was I was not given a proper incentive due to inconvenience of my time.I appreciate the 10% off of labor but I was hoping I could have gotten atleast 10% of my total bill.I’ve been going there for 7 years now and only the first time I felt frustrated of the service or miscommunications.Thank you.
