I was told my windshield wipers were fine and the back one is obviously needing to be changed. I asked why my tire gauge keep coming on when I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with the cold outside I’ve had a leak in the past at the valve. And I’m not so sure that was checked. The tire light still came on soon after picking up my car.

When I scheduled my appointment it wasn’t communicated it was an express appointment, not an issue just tell customers where to go on the phone for them. The team rushed the oil change: they didn’t reset the light nor did they add the reminder sticker. I understand I was the last appointment on a beautiful Friday evening, but it has me asking “what else did they miss because they were rushing to leave early.”

This transmission is poor quality. I’ve only had 1 transmission that did not last the life of the vehicle and that company knew it had trouble and extended the warranty, and even after the warranty period they covered the repair. Toyota doesn’t care about maintaining their previous reputation for highly reliable vehicles or keeping long-term customers.

An incident happened during my oil change which wasn't completely brought to my attention. The problem was taken care of after I brought my car back the next day. After the manager looked at my vehicle he completely resolved the problem. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation.
