As always, everyone at Smart Motors is professional and knowledgeable. They inform customers of what is needed with their vehicle without trying to sell unnecessary services or parts. I had a couple questions and Caleb was able to check and answer.
Battery died, needed help. Mallory made it happen on a Friday (the 13th) afternoon.

I didn't realize our location no longer offers drive up service but they were (So Graciously!) able to just quick change our front headlight - So Thankful as it was unexpected and my husband was about to take the car on a road trip to Ohio for a convention! Thank you so much for making it happen (vs. a "no, i'm sorry, we can't ...") - Great customer service :)!!
