Actually, one comment. My husband asked about new models (probably of the Sienna) while he waited for my car to get done. He said the person he asked barely looked up from his laptop, and said something like “not much to show” and then went right back to his typing.
Would you want to go home with a black mirror on a white car? Especially when you were never informed that would happen or any options. I really think you need to fix the cover without cost - find my old one if it can be put on or paint it free!
I have been trusting my vehicle (s) to smart motors for years. Due to growing up with a father in the automobile industry, it became common knowledge that a well maintained vehicle is tantamount.
Toyota is one of the better vehicles in the car industry. Smart motors knows customer service is key to helping people maintain safe vehicles, providing a greater public safety to the industry. . Yet, it can be expensive to maintain this mechanical wonder. Smart motors offers professional service, although expensive,again and again, to meet the customer needs enough to keep the marvelous moving mechanical sculpture in working order. It’s amazing humanity’s obsession with this creative mechanical icon and its impact on people and the joy a well maintained vehicle brings.

There were scratches on the side that we had been unaware of when we dropped off the vehicle. Daniel took the time to review video and then buff out the marks, even though TOYOTA may not have been responsible. Appreciate the extra effort.
