I dropped the truck off knowing I needed the thermostat replaced because the autobody place read the code and informed me previously. In the request i asked for the check engine light to be checked out. I was charged over $200 for diagnostic. I argued with service manager that the charge was unwarranted to which I agreed to disagree because he felt it was just and accused me of not knowing what was done. He did not clarify. I’m sure this may be standard practice but I’ll be taking the small portion of my business elsewhere.
David was super helpful in getting my truck riding the way it is supposed to. His efforts, along with the parts team and service manager, to make sure that I received the proper parts and that I was charged correctly reinforced why I will ONLY go to Smart for servicing (and some day replacing) my Tundra.
Tried multiple times to schedule on line. Which did not work. I mentioned that on the phone and in person and received no response
Disrespectful employees. Failure to call me back multiple times to discuss the necessary services for the car based on mileage. No mention of serious brake pad wear which needs attention and documentation on report indicates customer was notified and declined service - which is a fallacy. For what started as a simple scheduled routine service at 8am - it took till after 1pm for my daughter to be able to leave with the car. With that said, now the biggest concern is the potential hazard of the breaks which we were unaware of.
He was very thorough on all explainations.Kept me up to date on how my service was going. Kept in touch with the technician and notified me. Very professional and patient.

Jenna was very informative about updating me in the services my vehicle would need at the 100K mileage mark. I was in a hurry so will schedule at my next service. Jenna was very sweet and helpful in getting me what I needed efficiently at this service.
I called Toyota to talk to Mallory about the Highlander and left a message asking her to call me back to discuss the services
I’m not sure if you’ve changed your policy and you don’t have the agent call to discuss the repair needs anymore, but I would think if it’s requested by the customer that this should be provided.
If the agent isn’t knowledgeable about what is needed for the repairs on the car, it seems that someone should be able to talk to the customer about what the technicians found wrong and how safe it is to drive and the immediate or urgent need of the repair. We declined the repair because of the high cost, but now are uncertain whether How much the car can be driven, etc.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service at Smart. But, I do have a suggestion.I realize there are many settings for the MID control switches and control settings and the service people need to check them out, but I suggest after checking the they return to the settings the customer had displayed when the car was brought in.
Everything was great. David is an exceptionally fine representative for your firm and I appreciate the opportunity to work with him over the past couple of years on this repair project. I know that cars don’t last forever and so my 18-year-old Prius had to go down the road someday. This has been a great car for us and I’m sorry to see it go.
