He was very nice to talk with and there were no surprises. He was fine about me bringing my own oil. I asked him about the cost and quality of the oil you use and he was very knowledgeable about it. I didn’t save much but Mobile 1 is a little better, so all is good. I trust his inspection too. Thanks!

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Was told not to do the oil change, even though my car has always had an oil change every 5,000 miles. Recommended brake fluids to be flushed. But they were “too busy to do it today.” My appointment was at 10am, it was 10:09am when they came out to talk to me to discuss all this. My sticker in my window doesn’t even match when I need to get my oil changed next.

This is Sharon not Dale! I’m the wife of Dale and co-owner of the vehicle we had serviced. I made the appointment using my name but not once during my appointment did anyone address me as Sharon, it was always Dale! Please address this problem! I’m sure many couples run into this same issue.
