Very efficient and friendly
Stop trying to up sell services. Your “service representatives” aka sales people com off as dishonest and it feels more and more like you’re running a scam. Classic auto mechanic rip off vibes coming from the express area. Charges for miscellaneous shop materials on the bill? $16 for rags and cleaning supplies used for an oil change and tire rotation? It’s just BS. You’re ripping people off. You should be embarrassed pushing the policies you do. On top of all that you’re 20% more expensive than any other garage in Madison. If you didn’t wear the Toyota name you’d be out of business as a mechanic. Contact from a representative? No thanks. I do t need another BS explanation every time you guys try to squeeze me for another $1000. Other shops have mentioned that when the management of the express area changed recently, so did its level of honesty. You have a reputation around town and it’s not good.
There was a %24.95 charge I didn't notice and it had explanation for the charge other than "other". I'd like to know ow the purpose for that charge.

I was not impressed with the pick up of my vehicle. I assume I was one of the last patrons. No keys in the car with a few employees closing up shop. I was out back wondering if the person walking by (who I told- “key not detected”) would look into the situation. Sean and another employee came out maybe 2 minutes later. No keys. I was left alone again after my car was searched. A few minutes later Sean appeared with my keys, very limited explanation and no apology. As I began, not impressed.

Mellissa was outstanding! She clarified the reason that I was bringing my 2024 Tundra in for service, made certain that she addressed my concerns, and answered all of my questions. She advised me that she has only been working for Toyota for one year, but I would’ve thought she had worked there for more than a decade. It was clear that she knew both her job and was able to extend Customer Service at the highest level. I made a request for an oil sample to be collected from my vehicle, and she also did not forget that; as I was worried it might not happen. this type of service will bring me back to Toyota for certain.

The express service appointment only bay did not have to proper tool to loosen a stuck wheel bolt so they were not able to rotate my tires on check the brakes on the drivers side. Otherwise service was fine and I was out earlier than expected because the service was not completed.
We were very happy with the repairs.
The car sounds great.
David was very pleasant and efficient. The guy I checked out with was not nearly as pleasant. Really just went thru the motions.
