I was told my appointment was at 9:30am and received no updates throughout the day that they were running behind and hadn't gotten to my vehicle. It was too late to make other transporting arrangements so I ended up with extra costs taking Uber rides to get home and work since my car wasn't finished. I understand being behind on cars but if that has been communicated I could have gotten alternate transportation.
All my audio got lost. SiriusXM, AM and FM channels. I tried to reprogram them with the owner's manual, Epic failure.
2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tires rotated is crazy slow. The employees were awesome

Service took longer than expected, but Ian was professional and kept me informed as to why the delay was occurring.
I was originally told that fluids would need to be flushed when I called to make the appointment, but when Ian reviewed things, they did not need to be flushed. It’s not a big deal, but that information is obviously better if it’s consistent.
Ian was clear and did a great job.

My service was done with Tyler. He was really good and explained everything. I did not enjoy previous Toyota service (other cars) that I did at east Madison Toyota. I liked your service experience more and that was due to Tyler.
They gave me an accurate estimate on the time and cost. Well, it would’ve been nice to be able to get my car in right away. I know I just showed up with a car that couldn’t start so it’s understandable that they couldn’t get me in till later.
Did appreciate all the feedback letting me know when they’re working on the car, etc.
