Greg was extremely helpful and courteous. He resolved an issue I had in a timely fashion. I would recommend him as a service representative.

Went in for general maintenance (tire rotation) and to address the check tire pressure system service light. I mentioned the service light to the person who checked me in at the bay, as well as to the person who checked in with me in the lobby. It was while in the complimentary car wash that I noticed the service light was still on and had to drive back around to the bay area. I spoke with Jenna and expressed my frustration/disappointment that the tire pressure service light was overlooked. I did not have time to stay another 1/2-1 hr for diagnostics. Not happy that I have to come back tomorrow.
Mallory kept me informed during the service today and was great to work with.

I made an appointment for a oil change, new filter and a tire rotation. Arrived early, waited almost 10 minutes for someone to wait on me. Left vehicle and went inside. About 15 minutes later my name was called, went to pay the bill and only the rotation was completed. Adviser said oil change wasn't needed even though I asked for it and reserved the time for it. 20 minutes later the oil change was completed. Adviser handed me the incorrect invoice initially. After I pointed it out, she fumbled around trying to sort through all the paperwork. Finally I'm on my way out to get my vehicle and covering my driver's seat was the the seat cover the tech left in my car. Removing it from my car and walking it to the shop a tech met me halfway saying you probably don't want a souvenir and took it from me. It took over an hour to get going. I wasn't happy.
He did good. No tire rotation as requested. Unlike the previous time when they charged me.
Car was immediately taken in upon my arrival followed a visit from Vincent to go over what he would be doing and returned when completed to let me know. He was excellent!

The young man that completed my oil change did not appear knowledgeable or confident-he seemed more interested in me bringing my car back to be serviced. He told I may have a possible transmission leak-I asked a few questions as to how he determined that, is something I need to have looked at ASAP his response was “I don’t know take it service” he told me I had a nail in one of my tires but stated since it’s not leaking and we recommend you getting new tires we’re not going to remove it! Never gave me an option. I always check to ensure my wheel lock key was put back in my glove box and it wasn’t however the wheel lock key was left on my front passenger wheel-what if I didn’t check I would have had to come out of pocket to replace the wheel lock! Although I appreciate the attempt to replace my cabin filter one of the pieces/parts was left off and I have no idea where the part goes. I hope that my oil change and multi point inspection was completed correctly!

The service team was very helpful, I want to start with that this is not a negative review of Mallory or anyone that was there in the service dept that day that helped explain why I was scheduled for a drop off. This review is for your schedulers. They have attitudes when you ask them questions they don’t understand which I generally think comes from lack of knowledge. I’d spend more time running over basic car vocabulary and services you provide with the technicians that do them. Scheduling incorrectly messes up a whole day on both sides. I could have been scheduled out to a time that made sense during an actual appt since it wasn’t a rush appt and your tech boys wouldn’t have to try to cram me in. Just a thought, best of luck to your call center schedulers.

I brought the car in on Thursday morning. It was a diagnostic appointment. It wasn’t able to be seen on Thursday. It wasn’t able to be addressed on Friday. So I didn’t have the car over the weekend. The service was finally done on Monday and I got the car back Monday afternoon, but that seems like an awfully long time to be without my vehicle even if I had a loaner.
Very pleasant and short visit for my new Tacoma's 6 mo check.
