The service people were professional & courteous. The service was expeditious & the work done was explained thoroughly to me.
The window on our van was broken during the work. The wind shield was replaced but it was an inconvenience. We were also misled by the quote for the work. The quote we received when we scheduled the appointment was $400 less than the amount your service agent provided us. Paul picked up our account after the windshield was broken and he did a good job communicating with us. We had gone a full week without hearing when our vehicle was going to be ready. Paul took over our account at some point and communicated with us daily.
All the work I requested was completed and results communicated to me. The price was reasonable.
