I asked to be called before any service that required a charge was done. Greg told me when I dropped my car off that he would give me a call before doing any work that would require a charge. He didn’t call me and then I was billed 200 dollars at the end of the day. He made a commitment that he didn’t keep. I am very disappointed with my service at Smart Motors, and I will NEVER take my car back to be serviced there again.

$441.20 for a key that I can buy on Amazon for 11$ get cut for 39$ and program for free. You guys are grifters, you guys very clearly do not care about the community that you serve. It's disgusting to think that you guys are out here doing this **** everyday to everyone that comes into your shop. You will never catch me dead in a smart motors. Kys

The communication was great. My car was ready early in the day on the second day. I was a little disappointed in the diagnosis charge when we already knew why the CEL was on, but I get it.
