I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about the service I receive from them every time I take my car in for service. People ask me how do you like your Toyota and I always reply with I Love my Toyota Corolla and the service is spectacular. I love Faulkner on Paxton Rd in Harrisburg. All the staff from Sales to the Service Dept are so polite!!!! Their expertise is well appreciated they all work very hard. Thank You all!!!!

He did a great job bringing my requested technician out so that I could speak with him prior to working on my car. Randy was very personable and great in suggesting I get the recommended service under the 2yr new car service agreement since there was a technician that I could trust to work on my car.
