I was so impressed with everyone I encountered. Your employees were so kind and thoughtful even though I could see how busy they were. One service man even offered to bring my car to me when he could see I was in some discomfort with back pain. I tried to protest as I could see how busy he was but he insisted. I have been singing the praises of my total experience with people all day. Your courtesy van driver was so prompt and even offered me assistance to enter the vehicle.

Happy with the service and personnel. When I went to check out I asked what the charge was and was told it was $58.86. When I got home I was notified by Master Card the charge was $60.63. I looked at my paper bill and saw a $1.77 “service charge”. Minor point but should have been given an accurate charge amount. Most likely a credit card charge (3%) but I wasn’t informed of any “service charge”. I had plenty of cash on me to save an instant $1.77. A minor issue. Was pleased with the service.

Charges were on the bill like tire rotation, they did not rotate the tires. I did have them remove the charge. Then asked me if I wanted them to update their report that the tires weren’t rotated after they put that they were rotated. I feel like the service dept needs to be thorough and ACCURATE with the services being provided and what was actually done. It makes me question if the services being provided are even being done correctly or half assed.

Do not send me a text at 7:06 am!!!! I was charged for a tire rotation & I purchased the tires from you. Had to come in because I wrote a check & re write a check to you. You need to have a sign that says you charge a service fee if you charge.
