For some reason I believe someone was in the glove compartment because there were straws and plastic forks on the floor I noticed as I drove out of the parking lot. I keep some there at the edge of the compartment for “emergencies” and napkins in the door pocket.

One of the things I could say about the oil change is, the time frame was a bit long… my wife had an oil change with her Honda Fit after work, (the same day) and it was done… with a car wash, in 30 minutes… I was at the Toyota waiting room for 90 minutes…. And she had a money off coupon!

An oil change took well over an hour. I think the car was done well before that, but nobody came and got me from the waiting room. I had to stand at the counter before I was told my car was done. This is a recurring theme, which is going to cause me to avoid your dealership whenever possible. I would not like to be contacted, just do better. An oil change doesn’t take an hour.

Very satisfied with Lewis Toyota always of hays and now Topeka too. They loaned us a car when our air conditioner went out so we could make it to our grandson’s bday and be with all of our grandkids. We plan on buying a new Toyota Highlander by the end of the year. Excellent customer service always and we won’t buy anything but a Toyota. We also enjoyed talking to the salesman John as well. Great personality!
