It took a little longer than I thought it would. But I was comfortable and had my patience. The service was good and Beth took care of me. I didn't have anything unusual done, just regular service, so I didn't have much of a interaction with her. But she was pleasant.
Mr. Brown and everyone else was extremely helpful and kind.
Beth is awesome. Listens to what you have to say and is always willing to go the extra mile.

On Sunday, Steve Ramer called AAA, to tow my car to dealership, and also provided a vehicle for me to use until my vehicle was repaired, I certainly appreciated that. I always find the employees to be most helpful, and provide the best service possible. Thank You to all!

I had an appt at 10:30. Got there at 10:15. Over an hour later I asked about my car & was told it was almost done…..when my car was actually setting right in front of me & hadn’t even gone back yet !!!
I’m not even sure if the work that was supposed to be done, was done !! ( that has happened before, and was proven it wasn’t by the service manager. I really don’t know why I stayed loyal after that experience.
I was told at that time that the work being done is videotaped.
I would like to see the video from Friday 7/25 to be assured that that it was. When I went out to get my car to leave, it was parked so close to a large black truck that was parked crooked , that there was no way I could get to the driver side to get in. I had to go back in the shop & tell someone. He had to go get the skinniest guy he could find to struggle in & drive my car out.
Needless to say, I am very frustrated & disappointed in the service I received, especially after being loyal to Lewis for years for my service.
Also, when I went to pay, the girl at the desk told me that it didn’t matter if you have an appointment, it doesn’t mean you’ll be seen at that time. WHAT⁉️ I can understand when there’s a little wait, but over an hour, and no one even updates you about the delay ???

My back seat still had stains and my front seat arm wasn’t repaired.
We purchased this vehicle brand new, off your lot, 5 years ago. We've had it in for routine maintenance every time. We've never missed. We had some issues with a sensor on the lift gate and we're told that it's nothing... to date, it remains a pain point for us. Sometimes it works and others it doesn't. A month ago, we took it in because of a sound coming from the engine. Once again, turned away w/o a solution. Took it in yesterday for the 80k oil change and tire rotation and specifically asked about the whirring sound. I received an immediate text saying I needed $900 worth of routine maintenance. Said to proceed.
Show up to get the vehicle when it was done, paid the $900 and asked about the sound to which I was told that the tech didn't hear anything. I promise you, the only way your "trained" tech didn't hear anything is if they didn't drive it or drove it with their noise cancelling air pods on. GUARANTEE.
So here I am today, scheduling another appointment for the vehicle to pay a diagnostic fee for a second opinion because quite frankly, and with all do respect, for 80,000 miles, your service isn't worth the paper you print my receipt on.
Beth is great to work with. She a professional and personable. I know my cars will be well taken care of by her.

The service was great. The technician was also quick and put everything back together like it was never touched. What was supposed to take 2 hours only took 1.5. Thank you all for your hard work and great service.
Appointment at 11:00 asked for ride home. Fifteen minutes got ride home. No problem except saw that are car was being maneuvered behind another car in line at that point ☹️. Signed paper with name, phone number, and that yes, we did need a ride back to shop when car was finished. 3:30 I called to see why we hadn’t been picked up. No apology or explanation. Just sent a driver to return us to shop
