Ray was great to work with, but the issue I had to fix the trim on my front driver side door did not correct the issue. When I got in my truck this morning I noticed the trim already coming off again.

I had to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed. A gentleman from the front office area agreed and he gave me my bill for the oil change and told me it was taken care of and that he wanted me to come back as a customer. Thanks to his intervention I will return as a customer. However I don’t believe the service department would have treated me as well as the gentleman from the front office.

I appreciated the call when additional services needed to be done with my vehicle and telling me the prices. Customer service was great all around and was thankful for the driving service since it was multiple hours to complete.

I was under the impression that my 40,000 warranty service would take an hour or so to complete. It ended up taking about 2.5 hours and the cabin air filter was not replaced despite that being part of the warranty service and my authorization to replace it. When I checked out I saw that it was not done but due to the unexpected length of the service, I did not have time to wait some more to have it done. I also had trouble contacting the service manager and receiving a timely reply. Staff reported that the service shop was slow due to employees calling off work and the high temperatures in the service area. If I had been told when I dropped off my car that the service would take longer than an hour, I would have had the shuttle driver take me back to work. Instead, I went to a local coffee shop to wait. The delay caused me to have to rearrange my afternoon schedule. Better communication at the beginning and later during the service would have alleviated my frustration with the service process.

Failed to reset the maintenance required light and the low tire pressure light was on when it went in and it wasn’t addressed, no real big things but they should of been fixed.. I just you-tubed it and reset the light and aired the front left tire up myself which was 10 lbs light…

My first time with using this dealership for service. I was informed that my service would take 1.5 hours and it was a bit over that. The staff were all extremely kind and answered all of my questions and followed through with my request. Definitely will start using g this dealership for any servicing needs.

Beth was fantastic and I want to be clear that her work was just fine. I'm annoyed that I made an effort to book a reservation, only to find that my vehicle was 9th in line on what was apparently a first-come, first-serve operation. It took me almost 3 hours for a stupid oil change and tire rotation. I missed an important meeting at my work because of this. I won't be using Lewis Toyota again in the future because timeliness and reservations obviously don't matter.
