I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, the air pressure in two of my tires was very low and the alert signal was lit up in my dashboard. A member of the staff did put air in my tires when I requested this after pulling the car back into the shop, but I am confused why they did not fill the tires with air while rotating the tires and why they gave my car back with the low tire air signal still lit up on the dashboard.
This is the first bad experience I have had. When I picked up my car, there was grease on my dash and on my seat and grab bars. Also, my USB port no longer worked and my radio would only get local stations. When I called the dealership, I offered to take my car to L & H to have them fix it. The service manager wanted to try and fix it. I took my car back in and they were able to fix the USB but not the radio. Again, there was grease on my passenger side seat. The overall attitude of the service manager was less than satisfactory.

I’m 77 yrs old with over 60 yrs of back yard mechanic experience. I’ve recently had some extensive maintenance done on my Avalon and my wife’s Prius. Ray has been an absolute breath of fresh air and honesty and a pleasure to deal with on both our vehicles.
Since I don't live in Topeka - I came early around 12:30 pm for my 1 pm oil change appointment - the car was checked in by 12:35 pm but it was taken in for service at 1:55 pm only… I even went in and asked why it was not being serviced and there was a lady who did not seem to care that it was nearly hour behind schedule…anyways the car was brought out by 2:10 - not really sure if they even serviced it - did they do courtesy multipoint inspection that most dealers do.. not sure if the car was serviced properly..this is my first ever visit to your service center and you guys made it memorable!

Beth was so good to me. She took great care of me and my vehicle named Gracie. She is very caring. She called when I had to have new brake pads put in. She also got a vehicle I could get in and out of easier. Thank you Beth.

My husband and I were not satisfied with the service we received today. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told I would receive a phone call with an update. However, I only received a text message with a link outlining the issues found.
My husband called multiple times (four times in total) seeking clarification and did not receive a call back. I also tried calling and did not hear back from anyone.
We’re disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up, and we hope this can be addressed for future visits.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. My only complaint was my tire light was on and you didn’t even check the pressure in the tires to see if they needed air. It was brought back to me with the tire light on So I had to check the pressure myself ,okay I did. I just couldn’t believe I had to do this myself when my car was in a service center. Thank you.
