Steve himself was fine but as has happened before, I didn’t get my tired rotated. I don’t know how this keeps happening. I had it on my service request, Steve confirmed that it would be complimentary because I purchased the tires through Lewis and yet, no tire rotation is on my service bill. This has to stop.

wanted to schedule the 10,000 mile service. told scheduler and double check with tech when I arrived .... got 5000 mile service. complained and got oil changed
