I was expecting a shuttle to work. Waited for 45 minutes ... the driver did not return from a previous run to pick me up. I would suggest more than one driver first thing in the morning just before work.

Would have been nice if everyone was on the same page about the prices of services. Spent way more than anticipated for an oil change after I had been told one price but ended up having to pay another.

This car was poorly prepared for delivery to the lot for sale. Exterior had not been detailed completely. Inside windows were a mess even after bringing car back a second time, Your people do not know how to clean windows. The rattle should have been discovered by your staff, not me.
