I called at 3:00 and again at 4:00 asking for somebody to call me to let me know what they found with my vehicle, what they did to my vehicle, and how much it was going to cost, and I never got any phone call from anyone until I went to pick the vehicle up at 5:20. When I got there, the service manager was very helpful and considerate in getting my questions answered, but I was very disappointed on my first service visit involving a problem that nobody would call me back to let me know what was going on.

When I received the first text, I didn't read it carefully and assumed the service on my car was finished. When I arrived, it wasn't ready. Partly my fault, but since the text gave the price, I misunderstood. I wrote a check(to avoid your ridiculous 3% credit card fee) for the amount shown in the text. However, when i checked out, the total had increased $.49. Not a big deal of course, but can't your computer figure the charge the same way twice? While checking in, Beth asked if I wanted the $99 "winterization special". Turns out it's 3 cans of unnecessary additive and a couple of squirts from a spray can. No wonder people dislike car dealers so much.

No one let me know when my driver was coming to pick me up to get my car back, so he had to honk in my driveway until I realized he was here! The video of my service was nice but I couldn’t hear what the technician was saying! Otherwise, great service and I’ll continue to get my car serviced at Lewis Toyota ????!

I asked for service mechanic 3 times. 3 times she told me she was going to move the car. Do not move car; each time. The power drain wasn’t sought the first time. Another 30 days and found illegal fleet location equipment creating an additional tow fee plus finder fee via Toyota. I felt pushed, pulled and over charged.

This is my 7th Toyota from Lewis dating back to 1982. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the vehicles and equally pleased with the servicing of those vehicles. I’m picky so you’ll know it if I’m ever not satisfied!
