The person that I was extremely satisfied with and deserves recognition is Justin Scarlett he's a mechanic there and he took the time to come out to my vehicle with me and sit and explain how to run the audio video system that I was unable to figure out on my own he went over and above what he really needed to do to make sure I understood it and when I left everything was working perfectly I so appreciate that type of customer service he was exceptional.

A fairly routine oil change and inspection took 2 hours! Really? I can do 10 oil changes in 2 hours… without a lift.

Ray was very professional and courteous however my problem wasn’t solved. I brought my car in because the headlights were pointed too low but when they adjusted them they were too high. I couldn’t see the pavement.
