I'm going to try to submit this again I don't think it went through the first time so here goes. Beth knaup, in my opinion is a true asset for Lewis Toyota. When I first arrived she listened to me and showed that she knew my concerns. She kept me informed throughout the process and I was most impressed with that. Besides the fact that I was so impressed with Beth I was also greatly impressed with the service that my vehicle received. I named my vehicle Helga because she's just a vehicle that keeps on going and going and because of Lewis Toyotas service department they have extended her for a few more years I hope. I don't want to take anything away from Beth because she is an awesome professional. Kudos to you Lewis Toyota for hiring that young lady.

Had a 9:15 appointment for oil change and one recall. My car was not ready until 2:30. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours only to find my car had not been touched. Got a ride home. Called in at 2:00 to check on status. Talked to receptionist and was told she was not in the service dept. after prompting her to check for me since the service people did not answer their phones, she said she would walk back to check for me and call me back. Did not receive a callback. Had someone drop me off at 2:30 to wait on car. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Was offered 3 free oil changes for my trouble today which was appreciated. Overall service today was not acceptable
