When I returned the next day due to not having the parts available the day of service she didn’t even remember who I was or what I was even there for, mind you that I wasn’t even gone from there over 12 hours. Did not explain to me why things were not done as expected by the recommendation of the quote till I asked. When I asked about coupons I saw on your Lewis Toyota website couldn’t even answer them or if it was even a correct coupon. Was very snarky and rude and didn’t like her attitude towards me on either day! I also have something all over my steering wheel and can’t seem to get it off!!
Total lack of communication/updates of any kind. Was told that the original Service Rep was out & everyone else was too busy with their own customers to bother with anyone, meaning no one covered down. When I called was told no one was available but I would get called back. Guess what? Never had a single call returned. Only finally got an update when I came up in person. Apparently part's didn't arrive until a day later than expected. I understand delays in getting parts. What I absolutely cannot understand is the total lack of customer service & assistance. Was without a vehicle for a week. No one ever mentioned a loaner vehicle until day 4, but then was told none were available after all. (Was told the vehicle would be ready by 5 after I'd been told parts didn't arrive until 1100 that morning, the mechanic had lunch at noon, & it was a min 8 hr job. It wasn't ready by 5.) When my vehicle was finally ready, I was never given an overview or told what was done to the vehicle. Or if any other issues were found that I should be aware of. I've been to several Toyota dealerships for maintenance over the years, across multiple states. This location has taken top place for being the worst.
Was not very happy with scott.He lied to us by telling us we had an oil leak that needs immediate attention and after times asking him where he wouldn't answer,then when I kept asking he finally he finally went back to the video and looked he admitted that there wasn't anything. We asked if it was covered by extended warranty, but he didn't like it because we bought the car in Lawrence, that's because you only had 4 on your lot at that time or we would have bought from you. I don't like hi pressure and being lied to. It wasn't a very pleasant visit. I doubt that we will be back.
After I was driving down the road, I received the report from the technician. Indicated a battery problem, but nothing was said about it when I left. Plus did not show my tires were rotated, which is one of the things that is supposed to be done

My car still says maintenance needed soon. This is the second time that I have will have to come back to have you reset that gauge. It happened one other time I was there.

Simple oil change took 3 hours. Oil smeared on both front fenders and
Hood. Oil on passenger seat, glove box, steering wheel center and rim. Super sloppy. Don’t plan to return.
She always goes beyond the expectation, I value input and applaud her professionalism!
I was told at the time I picked up my car, that it took longer than it should have. I appreciate the honesty. Sometimes, things don't go smoothly, but that's life. I love my car, and I like the professional attitude I see.

Worked with Ryan in parts, Beth in service and the scheduling team; both knocked it out the park.
My wife was driving from 90 miles away with her Mom in tow (with dementia) and with the brake pad wear indicator letting her know she was close to metal on metal.
Scheduling shifted my appt, Ryan had the parts in place (ordered same-day from Lexus in KC), Beth had the appt right on time and my wife was back on the road in a very short turn-around.
