Although I approved, the additionally service of battery corrosion was not well explained. I did however appreciate the video and pictures from the service.
Chris has been my service advisor for a long while! He is incredibly professional and compassionate. He has always taken **** great care of my vehicles and I, even when one of the techs damaged my car while being serviced. I recommend him all the time!
I think they did an amazing job and I really liked Steve Ramer. He was nice and super understanding. I appreciate his patience and his dedication. He kept me in the loop and was so kind!
Tire pressure was not checked and corrected as part of my tire rotation and oil change service today. 3 tires are low per my tire sensor monitor and remained on after my service today. Makes me question what else wasn’t completed by the technician as part of the service. I understand it’s just air in the tires, but also I paid money for the service and it should have been completed as advertised. It’s the principle. Do better.

When we purchased our 21 Highlander from you we only received 1 key. Would really like a 2nd at a good price
I was charge a diagnostic fee of 165 which is your normal rate which is understand able. Then a miscellaneous of 24 dollars with no explaination and lastly I was charged the Visa fee for using my card. I have to say the last one is a first at a privet company. A break down of parts and cost was not provided I was just given this is how much it costs by service department no parts numbers or justification for the cost. I find it hard to beleive a compressor for a car is 1k alone which is close in price to the compressor a house would run on. The service adviser was friendly that I talked to and tried to help and provided great customer service. Other then that I would really work on your transparncy of pricing.
Chris was courteous, helpful, respectful and most accommodating. I appreciate service like that!

I liked working with Beth. The only thing different I would have liked was that they would have brought my car to me rather than me walking with bad knees trying to find where "on the hill" was
Beth and the level of service she provides is a consideration when I buy my next car. I drive 60 miles to get my vehicle serviced by her, 120 round trip.

Listen to your customers more. I wasn’t looking to be sold a lot of repairs each and every time I come in. I appreciate that you look out for my vehicle, however, I’m not interested in your new toy that you would charge me $200 to have used. Your prices are astronomical. I’ve asked on several occasions to not work with Beth. While she personable, she doesn’t listen. Please help me understand. I don’t enjoy bringing my car in when I know I won’t be listened to.

Steve was great, but my tires were supposed to be rotated with my service package, and that was not completed, and I have to come back another day to get it done.
I’m new to this Toyota location/new to Kansas. I was a little concerned hearing other customers complain about all their long wait times. But my personal experience, was good (expected for a Friday.) Ray quickly greeted me, checked me in, offered a tire selection and kindly applied a discount AFTER the fact (I forgot I had a coupon.) this, I’m sure would have upset most techs; however, Ray stood professional and was quick to get me out. Thank you. I’ll definitely be back!
