My ac fan now makes a noise and it didn’t before. I have started and shut off my car several times and it does it every time.

I do not need to be contacted because I wound up trading the Rav for a new vehicle this week. Regarding the service I assume the work to the car itself (oil, air filters, transmission) was all done appropriately…no reason to think otherwise BUT yet again the DCM electrical update that was supposed to have been done fixed nothing with the system so I wonder if it even was successful (Scott said the update supposedly done last time did not take and this time it was successful). Very frustrating there was never a solution to the electrical issues that I had brought it in multiple times for.

I feel like if I get my truck tires rotated there balancing them should come with that service. Also I brought my truck in today 8-19-24 I got a video saying my cabin filter needed replaced, why don’t they tell people that when you are there for service?

Took the undercarriage of my Prius to replace air filter. Did not secure it in place with all attachment screws and it was loose and ruined by my front left tire. I took it back in and the man that I was working g with said he would order the part and call me to replace it at no cost to me - but I haven’t heard from them! So now this puts it on me to chase after them and put more pressure on the shop to make it right

Several things I was not satisfied with. First I have a new company car. My ac went out. We all thought it should be covered by warrantee. I was told it was a hole in condenser. We asked for a pic to see hole. We got pics but didn’t see any holes. I tried to get ahold of Chris more than ten times he finally called me back. Then I had another question and it took multiple calls and he never called me back. Originally I was told it would be 1393 plus tax. But when bill came it was higher before taxes. Another issue was I ordered a hubcap the day before so it would be put on when the car was serviced. I confirmed that it was there and that it would be put on during our initial conversation. After job was completed the hub cap was not put on. Fortunately when I brought it to attn. they found the part and were able to put it on. So overall the job was done but with terrible communication and misinformation and poorly executed.

Beth was terrific. We brought our daughter's car for service: oil change, safety check, and tir rotation. Beth was cordial and professional. She got the car ready very soon . We will definitely continue to bring our cars into Lewis Toyota for service and for new vehicles.
