They never spoke to me about what they did, if the cabin filter needed changed or they did and I don’t know what some of the charges were for. Last time I was there they would come in and tell me what needs to be changed. They didn’t put a new windshield wiper on the hatchback this time. But yet you charged me $160

I have been utilizing your oil change service for some time and this is the 2nd time to which I have seen dirt/grease on my car. Thus thine it was greasy hand print on the door and a dirty paper floor Matt left in the car

The vehicle had grease left on interior parts of the car. It was bad enough that I even took pictures of it.

The service itself was fine. The driver that shuttled me home was rude and unsafe. The passenger with us had issues remembering her address and the driver was terrible to her. When she got out he made very derogatory comments about her. He sped…at one point he was going 17 miles over the speed limit!! I have a heavy foot too, but he was just unsafe. The final straw for me, though, was his derogatory comments about our President, even though he (the driver) was a military person. Politics should not have been discussed in the setting we were in. I am appalled at how he behaved and if he is representing the way your company is run I will be taking my business to Manhattan or Lawrence.

Made an appointment for an oil change and said I would be waiting. It was two hours for an oil change and $92. I could have gone to another place and gotten out of there for half the cost in 1/6th the time, without an appointment.
