I just had three vehicles serviced and each one had remnants of oily/greasy marks on the door and the reminder tag on my 1998 window was smeared. Not good

I waited an hour while a new tire was installed only to be told it was the wrong size and you didn't have the correct one. Once you installed the correct size, I was given a bill for it. I had to point out that it was under warranty

I told the lady on the phone I did not want the tires rotated and they did it anyway and tried to charge me for it . I had just had it done at the tire store not too long ago.

I understand waiting 2 hours for an oil change when it’s busy but when it’s not very busy I find it werid that it’s taking 2 hours for just an oil change. Wait time should definitely be shorter.

I have confidence in Ray, however I had to callback to verify the tire rotation Was done as the ticket did not indicate it. Also the ticket indicated a service review of several items but no list attached of what they checked. I give Ray high marks but it would sure help the customer to have the above attached to or on the check out ticket. Thank you.

Really great service! The only thing that I was not happy with was that I asked you guys to call my husband when the truck was finished because I was going to be at work. And nobody called him. I got a voice mail that the truck was done and didn’t get to listen to it until much later. Then I had to tell my husband to go get the vehicle. Other than that great service!

The service change was very quick and communication was good. However, I was very disappointed to find that there is black oil smeared all over the roof and drivers side visor. I’m sure this could have been cleaned before returning my vehicle to me.
