Steve was kind but the communication around the things that needed fixed was very poor and I had to explain to multiple people. Also, the one thing that did get “fixed” wasn’t tested and wasn’t actually fixed. It’s been very frustrating.

Beth did great, I had an unexpected right rear flat tire and came in without an appointment. Beth got me taken care of in 45 minutes, way beyond expectations. This saved my afternoon, as I'm busy helping deploy Red Cross volunteers for hurricane relief.

I was happy that my car was serviced quickly. I had my airbag light on. I was unset that I was charged for basically an hour of work for a reset of my sensors. I wasn't gone an hour before I was told my car was ready and I know based on the line of cars in front of me that I was serviced first. I was told 125 dollars an hour for services done but less if done within the hour. I am happy that nothing more was wrong with my car I just didn't think for less than 30mins of work that it should cost over 100 dollars but I did appreciate the honesty and that they didn't try to uncharged me with more services. So I really have mixed reviews on my service.
