Took 6 hours for an oil change and hybrid filter cleaning system. Waited 15 minutes for Greg the service advisor with a scheduled appointment. Never kept informed about process of service.
It’s asking me for a PIN number every time I start the car. I don’t know what that is. Other than that. Everything was great!

Greg was very accommodating and service experience was good except when I drove off a weird sound was coming from outside our company owned Sienna van. Already late for business appt waited to hear it stop before considering returning to service dept. I would think the technician who did service supposedly did a test drive might have mentioned, thankfully it stopped. Also generally find “cabin filters” on the typical list of suggested service. Not just at Toyota dealer service but at Honda and others. I had suggested and our East Coast company purchase three different Sienna vans at Smith in the last 10 years. Would still recommend.
Greg failed to tell me my vehicle would have to be dropped off and kept over night. I took a Lyft home and never got a call letting me know when it would be ready, I had to call. I had to borrow someone’s car to make it to work the next day at 5:30am. It would be nice to know in advance that the service would take til the next day and not have to call around to find out the service department closes around 5. Very unprofessional, when I went back the next day to pick it up, Greg almost sprinted out of the office and left the property without really saying anything to me and I had to talk to another service representative for assistance. The guy doesn’t seem like cares, or really puts much thought into the customers experience. Next time I get my car serviced I’d like a different person to help me, and you guys need to talk to him to tell him he should take the customer into consideration. I usually don’t complain much, but I could’ve missed work thanks to his oversight. He could’ve at least let me know it wasn’t going to be ready until the next day. I would’ve taken my car back or stayed there at the dealership so the techs could finish working on it, instead I took the Lyft and got left out of the loop. 2/5 stars.

As I know myself, It was very hard to convince me to get through this procedure. But Ara perfectly did it! He found me a rental car matching my special needs and his strong confidence to his duties and responsibilities , helped me to trust him and his job. He is a valuable asset to ur management group.
