Completely is a tricky word. To be more accurate, i am Thankful. I brought my car in because it’s been making a groaning/ grinding noise since my last servic visit. Today Hank told Me you guys checked the car and found the brakes, tires and everything else are all Good. I’m thankful for that result and thankful for the inspection. Hank took the time to give me a call and so appreciate his help.

Patrick is great to work with! The main reason I bring my car to the dealership is because I feel Patrick is fair and honest. He knows how vital my car’s health is, given how much I drive for work, and I trust he takes great care that things work out well for me. Emily was fantastic, so is Patrick. The customer service I always receive at Bob Smith is why I keep coming back.
