Completely awful unprofessional service. Quoted 1200 then wanted 2800 to move forward. When I declined Hank told me well u cant come get your car until tomorrow. Its in parts in the garage the mechanic went hime. It was only 2pm. Every mechanic at Toyota is off by 2pm? I was never told I'might' have to leave it over night. I told him I have to work i need my truck, he said I dont know what to tell you its not possible he left. Mind blowing disrespectful and unprofessional. I went to Toyota for a professional experience, I got Completely the opposite I will NEVER be back to Bob Smith la cresnta abd will let everyone I know how they handled my business with my truck.

Patrick Cabral is a knowledgeable Service Consultant I feel that he did an excellent job on the checkup that was done and provided me with me with complete very clear and reasonable service that my car needed. Service was great! You guys might want to look into your payment method to bypass the waiting time for vehicle pickup. The amount does not match on what is owed. I had to make two transactions, one on line than another when I picked the vehicle up. Love all the technology but if doesn’t work, it’s a waste of time on both our ends.
