Made appt for 11.30am online. Said I would wait at dealership. Got there and was told I would have to wait at least 3 hrs because they go to lunch and don't start back until 1pm. Came from Burbank which is more then 12 miles so no more Uber rides. Was told by Jaime to come back about 1:10 when he's back from lunch. I didn't want to wait so I left. Came back at 1. I know now not to make appt after 10am or make after 1pm. Would be nice if somewhere on the website it states that your shop stops for lunch from 12-1. Maybe just when someone enters that they will be waiting at the shop during service. Just a suggestion. I've been a customer for 25 yrs.

The reason I drive four freeways there.for the best service.
For the second time we got the car back from a service and it immediately wouldn’t start. There was a receipt on the dashboard indicating that the battery check was okay but the battery failed and we had to have AAA come and replace it. Very frustrating to happen immediately following the service. Furthermore, the service department was very little help in resolving.

They charged me more than $70 and the coupon doesn’t even show on my receipt.
Had to leave in a rush to get my daughter and i couldn’t complain.

I have a problem with the headrest in my Camry. I sit low in the seat, so the headrest is too high. It obstructs my vision when changing lanes, backing up or parallel parking. Is there a lower design available for me?
