I was not going to renew my service contract when it came do instead I was going to change dealerships. I went in for service and had the pleasure of working with Hank. He is professional and takes the time to listen. He is now the only one I request. If he is not available on my preferred date and time I will change my schedule to make sure I get him. He is the best service advisor you have. Hope he continues to work there.

He did not catch that the coupon I provided did not apply to my vehicle until after the work was done. He did apply a $25 shop discount. In hindsight he also did not apply my happy hour discount as well. Overall I find that $16 a quart for oil is @150% more than the retail price of mobile one advanced 0W-8 synthetic, and I am hard pressed to understand this up charge over your wholesale cost of said oil. Sadly I feel overcharged. However, the work was done very quickly and well by the technicians. Thank you. Andy H
