Bob Smith has very professional employees. They are very knowledgeable and treat the customers very good.I felt very comfortable with my transaction and I know they try to give us the best deal they can. My first checkup was a piece of cake. I was there on time and was finished on time. The only thing I don’t like is your coffee pot.Delicious coffee, but too complicated to operate.Ha!Ha! Won’t keep me from going to Bob Smith for my car

Terrible customer service and over charging. I have warranty and the advisor still chose to charge and not speak with the warranty company. The vehicle still feels unsafe and is making noise. Very disappointed

It was over 1,700$ for scheduled maintenance, very unimpressive.
I am very disappointed with the service, and plan to take my business elsewhere because of it. First, I planned an appt in advance and wanted to tell the person on the phone of all service requested (oil change, tire rotation, inflate tires and diagnosis). She said to tell the service manager when I arrive instead of taking list. I took the day off from work. When I arrived, the Service Manager Hank said they cannot do diagnosis on wknds. I told him about appt call and he said they gave me misinformation. I took the day off for diagnosis, already upset with respect to my time. I then asked for rotation to be crossed and inflate tire to specific psi. When I returned to get the car, neither was done. Rotation was not crossed. I told Hank, he said he told them. He said he will have them redo but have to wait. I was upset again by lack of complete service, attention to detail and lack of respect of my time. All departments clearly do not communicate (operator/service/mechanic). Plz forward this to General Manager Brett Nolan. They are losing a customer. I will not recommend this dealer for service.

Hank and Patrick were wonderful, they understood that I really needed my sun visor replaced quickly. It had gotten damaged when the windshield was replaced. For safety reasons I had to remove the visor as it was hitting me in the face and would not stay up. The service department quickly confirmed over the phone that they had the replacement sun visor in stock. It was a busy Saturday, but Patrick was still able to fit me in. Within 20 minutes they installed a new sun visor and it’s better than it’s been in years. Many thanks to the Bob Smith service department!
