Jaime listened to my issue with the recurrent low tire pressure indicator and persevered until the problem was resolved. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
As I was leaving Jonathan told me my engine coolant was low and needed to be replenished to the tune of $237.
I dunno. That seems high. I’m going to my local mechanic for a second opinion.
The service department was great to work with. I went in for a warranty battery replacement and everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Patrick explained to me what the process was and what they were going to do in cleaning my fuel injector. It’s always nice to learn, now I understand what they do with the fuel injector.

Jaime was fine - didn't really take me seriously with my concerns, wasn't there to check the car after it was supposedly fixed - the tech serving my car did not actually do the work - he just put air in the tires, didn't check the sensor, as i had requested. i know this because when i received the car the sensor light for the tires was still on, different advisor came out (very unhappily! since Jaime was at lunch when i came to p/u the vehicle. 2nd advisor just turned the car off and on about 4 times and told me to drive the vehicle around and the light would go off. so after putting air in my tires the tech didn't drive the vehicle or look to see if the issue was resolved, apparently it's on the customer to check!
vehicle was getting a warranty recall- brought the car in with a full charge, got it back with the battery completed depleted..your tech ran my vehicle for 3-4 hours to install a software update without putting it on a charger. Jaime called roughly 2 hours after i got and said "oh, just bring it back & we'll charge it.." i was home 30 minutes away...

(Thank you for all your help) Both of my drivers who drove me home and back were also excellent (prompt, easy to understand, their vehicles were sharp, they didn't make me talk a lot, clean & felt spacious, perfect for me particularly since I felt sick. Both drivers and their vehicles made me feel very comfortable (but this time I didn't get surveys about either of them)
