One before the Last oil change performed by Nob Smith Toyota the bolt under the oil pan was tightened so strong that my mechanic broke the tool but couldn’t get it loose.
I asked the service center rep. Patric to give them a heads up, not to tighten the bolt that much where the tool broke but didn’t untie the bolt.

It looks like your technician drained the oil directly on to my skid plate. I took a picture.there is a hatch on the skid plate that will allow you to drain the oil into a pan. Ive gone there every 5000 miles for my service up to todays 60,000 mile service and I have never had to deal with a mess like that before. I was told and have a paper stating hydraulic fluid almost empty, perform power steering hydraulic fluid exchange service. I declined got home and checked my steering fluid, the level is exactly what it should be. The windshield wiper fluid is empty and is located next to it but if your technician cant tell the difference between the 2 you need to replace that technician. I spoke with someone about the oil mess that was left on my skid plate and they did offer for me to come back and have it cleaned with a high pressure hose and decreaser but I did it myself, I didn't want to drive back. I was also told I needed to replace my cabin air filter and I was shown a picture of my engine air filter which I do clean regularly. I have never had any issues like this in the past maybe its because its my first service without a warranty so someone seen money signs I dont know but its kinda ridiculous. Besides today's experience you guys are great, sold me my dream vehicle and have until today been great to do business with.

Jaime was very helpful and recommended a cost saving option for one of the repairs which would have cost me over $250. He suggested i take the vehicle to the body shop who did the initial repairs and ask them to fix it at no charge. Thanks a lot Jaime for the suggestion.
