I took my vehicle to your location for an oil change. Hank the advisor checked me in. I waited 1.5 hours & received the text my car was ready. I went to the cashier & when I asked for my paperwork & Multi-Point inspection she told me I had to go to service for it! When I met with Hank I questioned the process as to why customers weren’t informed of the inspection outcome. He replied I came to the waiting area and you weren’t there. The service you provided to your customers is less than mediocre. Hank does not realize if it weren’t for customers he would NOT have a job!! There are soo many competitors we can take our vehicles to & receive better service, better pricing, & better turnaround time. I will never return to your dealership- customer experience is not your priority & hiring under qualified associates is!!

Hank was rude from the beginning, never smiling, and did not provided nowhere near the service I once received, hence why I decided to come in the first place. The younger gentleman helping move the cars was wonderful. The advisor was simply not up to par nor reflected kindness. I do not wish to return here again. Thank you

Well, thanks for Patrick. He's very friendly and understanding agent. However, I was expecting that the message of: front camera unavailable, could be fixed; it didn't. It seems the technician couldn't fix it. After picking up my car, that message came back and stayed till I turned the car off.
