Very happy with the service representative I talked to on the phone and the service write up gentleman. I’m also very pleased with the outcome of the diagnose and minor repair. I appreciate the service repair technician who worked on the vehicle, even though the vehicle needs a lot of TLC, I noticed minor things that was addressed. In my book that shows the technician cares and shows pride in their work. New future customer. Thank you

I loved how professional Jonathan was. He was very informative. Loved the customer service. I also loved how quickly the oil change was. Only thing I would’ve really loved is if my car got washed also. I had a coupon to go somewhere to get a car wash like the other Toyota dealer in Orange does.

I have no problem with the quality of service but waiting 3 hours for an oil change is too much. I bought this car from your sales team in December 2023. Today I was told it needs $3,000 worth of work. Brakes, front tires, air filter I understand could have worn enough in 6 months. The rest that needs to be done however was that way when I bought it. The 86 point inspection some how missed it all. I feel cheated. Ty H
