I called and spoke with Hank last Friday afternoon to see if it was possible to fit me in for a Saturday appointment (the next morning). I explained that I had just received a call regarding an out-of-state family emergency. I knew my car needed new front brakes and a minor service. Hank was very kind and accommodating. He was able to give me a 7:00 am appointment. I was able to wait in the customer service area. Rosie at the front desk and Vic, the Mechanic Foreman, were also very sweet and helpful. Thank you. When we brought our Highlander in , the back hatch would not completely close automatically. When we got it home, it still doesn’t close all the way but it now also won’t open automatically. And we were charged for a fix. Pls advise….. Gene and Nancy ****-

Ara is great. Reliable and helpful each time. Always thorough and explains everything in detail. I'd also like to add that the mechanic Vahik is wonderful. He took extra time to test drive my car with me after I heard some noise from the front axle. He discovered the plate behind the wheel was slightly rubbing against the rotor. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly, he test drove my car with me a second time to ensure everything was ok. Incredible service. Thank you!!

Had to take my car back the day after they had checked it. I took it for a steering wheel problem but they didn’t find anything the day of my appointment so I had to go back the second time because my steering wheel looked while driving when turning this could’ve been avoided if they had looked into the problem deeper the first day so a bit disappointed in the service

This is the 4th tier that has failed on this automobile. The service department has kept tracking of each time this happened and are ready for the next time even if it may not happen again. This time I got my car back in less that 24 hrs.
