After driving to dinner after picking up my car I found a large clump of a black sticky substance sticking to my back, the back of my aloha shirt, my jeans and sticking to my belt. Upon returning to my car after dinner I found another clump of the same material wedged down into the driver’s seat and the cushion I use. I took pictures of everything. I need your help as to how to repair the damage or a check to replace all the damaged items. I’m bringing the car back Saturday AM so you can clean the seat if possible.
