My service appointment went exceptionally well and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I did have difficulty reaching Bob Smith Toyota on 8/30/24 - called repeatedly and could not reach anyone. I assumed there might have been a pre- holiday meeting of some stripe or perhaps it was just the Friday before a holiday. Thank You!

I showed up at Bob Smith Toyota without a reservation, pleased to find out that they would take me on oil change some filters put in all within less than a couple hours. It was a Friday holiday weekend, and I was grateful that they seem to find time and placement, get me through the shop that day. Hank seems to find the right words to say every time I talk to him do appreciate Bob Smith, Toyota and Hank

I appriciate your hard work, but it was hard to find Jaime to ask him questions. I bought my car and they told me upto 50000 miles, oil change is free. Unfortunately Jamie said you have to pay $79 which surprised me, but he fixed for this time.
