Greg was and is always FANTASTIC!!!!!! He is people oriented, patient although he is very busy, he makes me laugh, and is an excellent listener!!! He answers all of my questions. My dissatisfaction is with the dealership, that the vehicles are not washed after the service? Why? Thank you. Barbara C

I was in a panic when my beloved Prius would not properly start. The dashboard lights came on but it would not let me drive the car. I called Toyota and asked to speak to a technician and I got Jaime on the phone and explained what was happening. He told me that they can look at it and let me know and quickly set up an appt for me for next morning. After I dropped off the car at 8 am and went on my way, he called me at 10:45 with a complete update and recommendation. We discussed the most important issues and he told me what definitely needs to be changed. He also patiently explained the start issue of the car. I went with his recommendation and by 1:15 pm the car was ready. I truly appreciated his knowledge and expertise and patience. Pls acknowledge him and his work. Thank you.

You should talk to Hank about your electronic tire tread reader. I had results from another vehicle on my report. That could be very dangerous. It's a good thing he figured it out.

Patrick was awesome but your texting app is not. The explanations of work needed were scant and very different from the clear descriptions given by Pat on the phone. Also when I texted back the text content was not visible to Pat. Happy to work with Pat again but the text thing, not so much

I did not receive the diagnostic printout showing my tire tread wear or the specs regarding the alignment. This used to be a regular thing.
